Cooking Has Changed At My House

I got myself a Big Green Egg on Friday.  Friday night I grilled what may be the best steak I have ever eaten.  Last night was chicken and this week I will grill smoked sausage, baby back ribs, burgers, more chicken, and pork chops along with a variety of vegetables and fruits.  Also going to grill a pizza which I have heard of but never tried before.  It is truly an amazing device.
