Oracle Consultancy Colibri Forms Global Alliance

Agreement with UK Company Provides Customers 24/7 Support Worldwide

Colibri Limited Company, a Roswell-GA based provider of managed services, hosting and solutions for companies using Oracle and Microsoft technology has entered into a global alliance with DSP Managed Services, which offers similar services from its headquarters in London, United Kingdom.  “This alliance provides 24/7 support worldwide for our customers,” said Jim Cotten, Colibri’s managing partner.  “No matter when customers call and where they call from, they will always reach a person ready to respond to their needs.”

The alliance made sense for several reasons, Cotten said. “We know each other well. We address similar markets and have the same attitude towards our customers and deliver highly personalized levels of service that you cannot get elsewhere. ” Colibri also maintains offices in Roswell, GA and Mumbai, India and services customers worldwide.

Working together, Colibri and DSP support a continuous level of services seamlessly and without interruption to their clients.  These services include a full range of database administration and hosting, but also implementation, upgrade, and design services for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.  Oracle eBusiness Suite functional helpdesk services are also offered. “More and more companies have global presences,” Cotton said.  “No matter where they are located, support and service is available.”

Colibri was founded in 1998 and has a wide range of customers in the US, Europe, and Australia. Colibri has been able to offer a level of expertise and support missing from most Oracle consultancies. DSP Managed Services was founded in 2000 and offers managed services for Oracle and Microsoft implementations to companies of all sizes throughout the United Kingdom.
